Crinolines

I would like to get a crinoline. I cannot find many crinolines that I like, however. I would prefer to get one for less than $50. I would like a knee-length one that would work with '50s swing dresses.

I Wonder.

Why don't women use aftershave?
Are mermaids mammals or fish?
If they're fish, why do they have breasts?
Why do they have ears? If they swim to deep, wouldn't their eardrums rupture?
What determines which trends become internet phenomena?
How are chain link fences constructed? Each wire needs to be wrapped around the next before one can be wrapped around it.
Why are "women's interest" magazines kept near check outs instead of "men's interest" publications?
Why do women's clothes often have fake pockets, while men's clothes have extremely large pockets?
Do platypuses have nipples?
Is platypuses the proper plural form of platypus?
Who ever thought that the English language was a good idea?
Why doesn't the United States accept Soccer or the metric system?
If both same-sex marriage and polygamy were decriminalized, could three people all be married to each other?
How come an adult having sex with a minor is statutory rape, but it is not illegal for two minors to have sex with each other?
Why do we take cars away from drunk drivers instead of alcohol?
Why does the public find it more offensive when the media is bigoted than when people in power are?
Why do people prefer to apologize later rather than doing the 'right' thing now?

Fashion Always-es and Nevers

Just a little fun. You have to list five things you always have to have and five things you would never wear.

Always
#1) Glasses
I can't see without them. I also love my thick plastic spectacles.

#2) Cargos
I enjoy pants. I enjoy pockets. I really enjoy pants with pockets. I keep all my pencils, pens, erasers, money, and miscellaneous crap in them.

#3) Hair Clip
A recent development, since I only have a lock of long hair left. I sometimes wear my indigo rose clip, my cockroach bow, or a slightly less interesting one.

#4) Free Hugs Sign
Sometimes I forget to put it on over the weekends. It is masking tape on my back that reads "Free Hugs." I often apply subtitles beneath it.

#5) Converse One-Stars
Black and electric blue! I'll be getting new custom made ones for my birthday, though, so I won't wear these ones as much.

Never
#1) Make-up
Okay, so I wear eye-liner a few times a year. I feel that make-up is too feminine for me. I'm not a feminine person.

#2) Watches
I wear a pocket-type watch on my belt-loop. I think watches are too much like jewelry, and there for also too feminine for myself.
#3) Dresses
Also too feminine; I occasionally wear a skirt with tights, however.

#4) Pink
I've never liked the color pink. The only shirt I have with pink on it reads "Confident with my masculinity."

#5) Clothing with Little Fabric
I don't get as much for the same price, and I don't like to show a lot of skin. I don't mind it when other people do, but when I try it I feel trashy for some reason.
